If you have trouble viewing the video, please try one of the following solutions:

1. If there is a bar that pops up at the top of the page and says "Internet Explorer has
restricted this web page from running scripts or ActiveX controls that could access your
computer" - Click on that bar and then select "Allow Blocked Content" then click "Yes" or
"OK" and the page should reload and begin the video shortly.

2. Make sure that you have waited for the video to load. The files may be large and
depending on your Internet speed, may take a while to load. But the video will begin
automatically after it has loaded.

2a. If the video begins to play quickly but is choppy and freezes, follow these
instructions: 1 - press the space bar or left click on the video. Then right click and select
"Stop". Give the video additional time to load, and then right click and select "Play".
Repeat if necessary.

3. You may need to download the latest version of Windows Media Player. Click
